The role in a nutshell:
We’re looking for a steady pair of hands to manage their own portfolio of clients, supporting the development of Raw Accounting.
What does this entail we hear you ask?
Communicating effectively with clients in an accessible way, ensuring tasks are managed smoothly and efficiently, overseeing the work of others and supporting our wonderful Accounts & Tax Advisors.
Who we’re looking for?
Chartered accountant with 5+ plus years of experience
ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
Right to work in the UK
Someone who enjoys making data-driven decisions
A friendly communicator who can eliminate the jargon
A team player interested in helping others
Someone who brings about positive change
An organised, dependable individual

Useful info for interview candidates...
Our office location
We’re based in central Wokingham. Easily accessible by car and walking distance from Wokingham train station. Close to a host of amenities from supermarkets to cafes and shops. Directions will be shared with candidates ahead of scheduled interviews.
Our interview process
For most roles there will be an initial phone call followed by 1 or 2 informal style interviews for the right candidates. Interviews will include competency style questions and we will ask about your interests as we’ll want to get to know you.
Our dress code
On a day-to-day basis our dress code is casual, no suits here. We just ask if you’re visiting a client/representing the company to be thoughtful about what you’re wearing.
